Founder & Owner

Diganta Kumar Das (Dan) is a permanent resident of Jyotinagar, Guwahati (Home-town), Assam (State) , India

An experienced individual in Sales & Marketing (BPO Industry managing international clients), Customer Retention (BPO Industry managing international clients), People Management, Designing etc. A student of commerce who was in Delhi University briefly but acquired almost all his skills from his work experience in New Delhi and National Capital Region.

My Story

"I was lucky enough to work for companies involved in providing services to international clients when I was in New Delhi for over a decade and I was able to identify & develop my skills there. During my tenure I noticed that to get the best results one not only has to think from the company's point of view but also from the customer's point of view. We can learn a lot from our customers. I am not an expert and I believe learning is a never ending process. I have always admired creative & talented people and I believe developing Minasmart as a platform for Artists & Craftsmen from different parts of the world including my Native Country India will bring positive results for all of us. The name Minasmart is dedicated to my mother Mina Das"

Dhairyabaan Consultantcy Services is an entity fully managed and organized by Mr. Dheeraj Sharma (Founder, CEO) & Mr. Bibhu Ranjan Bag (Co-Founder, COO) and their objective is to provide a fully managed platform for the products (based on Indian Ethos) of Artisans of Indian origin and promote the same both in domestic as well as international markets with the expectations that it would not only serve the nation's cause of uplifting the Artisans but also improve their socio-economic conditions.
