Covered with a gold/red base covering from which a striking flare of red feathers fly, “Varietà” has been created to reflect  the exhilarating world of traditional theatrical circus.

Luxuriously trimmed with deconstructed, gold braiding which has been heavily hand-glitzed with ruby-red Swarovski elements, old-gold beading and red and silver rhinestones, “Varietà” has a central highlight of a decorative, colourfully beaded Babushka figurine.

Deconstructed vintage findings and lustrous violet pearl beading complete the central highlight. 

To the side nestles a posy of gilded miniature roses from which drapes a red/gold beaded tassle. Opposite, a chain of crystalline beads sparkles.

“Varietà” is a masque designed to make a true theatrically eye-catching statement wherever and whenever it is worn or displayed and a one-off creation, signed, dated and catalogued for preservation of artistic security and authenticity.
